After 12 years with Ecometrica and over 25 years of early stage private equity experience, Adrian Smith is taking well earned retirement. In the years that Adrian has been at Ecometrica, he made a huge positive impact to the business.

“Adrian has made an enormous contribution to our business over the years and the work he has done with us will continue to have a positive impact long after he has become accustomed to retirement. Adrian will be missed by all who work at Ecometrica and we wish him all the best in his well earned retirement.” Gary Davis, CEO Ecometrica

Adrian built up Ecometrica’s financial operations and created an extremely capable finance team. His knowledge and experience in corporate finance was invaluable, ensuring Ecometrica’s investors knew where their money was and were confident in their investment.

He helped to create the operational board at Ecometrica and oversaw the training, with a view of making sure the next generation were given every opportunity to succeed.

“I’m extremely proud of the company we have built together and it’s been a privilege being part of an elite team, with vision and common purpose, and the most supportive colleagues and friends. I can’t wait to see what they do next.” Adrian Smith Ecometrica Group Chief Financial Operator

Always generous with his time and knowledge, he was a true asset and will be hugely missed. We wish him all the best.

Luke Harris now takes over as Group Finance Director. Luke joined Ecometrica in 2010 and has over 17 years experience as a chartered accountant, enabling him to manage the complex group structure across the UK, US and Canadian offices.
